1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Insight Squid, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

Insight Squid provides a web platform for user research planning, participant management, study execution, video interviews, and insight generation. The service is provided on a subscription basis.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Insight Squid is provided on a subscription basis. Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, your account enters a read-only state for 12 months before data is permanently deleted.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your research activities comply with applicable laws and regulations, including data protection legislation.

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you upload to the platform. We do not claim any rights to your research data. We may use anonymised, aggregated data to improve our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

Insight Squid is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
