How You Configure

What Participants See
A guided study flow. Participants joining via an invite link go straight in without logging in. Panel participants authenticate via email and one-time code so responses are linked and rewards can be allocated. Flow logic gives you control over what each participant sees.

During the Session

No. The single plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited studies, unlimited blocks, and unlimited video studies. Fair usage policy applies. The only additional costs are participant rewards (pre-funded before the study) and external panel sourcing (estimated and paid before the study starts).
Yes. Insight Squid supports direct import from Condens and Dovetail, plus CSV/XLS file imports. Your existing research data, tags, and analysis can move with you. We're working on additional integrations based on user demand.
Kiosk mode offers two delivery options. Kiosk Delivery runs the study on a loop on a tablet: participants walk up, complete question/rating/selection blocks, and the device resets automatically. Conference Delivery shows questions or results on a big screen, with audience members scanning a QR code to respond on their own device.
