No. Every plan includes unlimited projects, unlimited studies, unlimited blocks, and unlimited video studies. There are no restrictions on responses. The only additional costs are for storing legacy data from Condens or Dovetail and the cost of rewards and sourcing external participants.
No. AI features are entirely optional. You can use Insight Squid completely manually for tagging, theming, and building insight stories, or use AI assistance to speed up your workflow. It's your choice.
Privacy is foundational to Insight Squid. We use built-in messaging instead of email, only keep essential data, automatically purge screening data after recruitment, and give participants full control over their information. Learn more on our Participants page.
